“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” (Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland) ...but my dear, this is not Wonderland and you are not Alice. Personally credited postings are signed off -K.xx
Anonymous: A people lock? To block the possibility of meeting a new friend? A new people antibiotic? It’s not ‘new people’ who will make you sick, you want an antibiotic designed to target ‘wrong people’ not ‘new people’. Simply remove the negatives from the equation, the addition of new people may provide you with positives to substitute. ‘The balance’; like riding a bicycle you must keep moving forward to keep your balance. It’s ‘wrong people’ who cause an imbalance not 'new people'. You'll be ok :)

.

Yes, this is true to an extent. However the new ‘right’ people can turn into the ‘wrong’ in a matter of days. Vice- versa is equally fitting. There is no test of time. What if this ‘balance’ turns out to be one of those bicycles that propels you forward in illusion only, whilst in reality you’re in exactly the same spot. Much like the sorts of bicycles most of us have time for today; stagnant exercise bicycles. I used to know these two little girls that i used to always take out for ice cream, and one of them would never waiver on her favourite flavour. The other one would try out something new every time and when she didn’t like it, she would cry and cry, till she got to go back and get another. Point is, if you’ve found a favourite that you know inside out- why question it. Haha, I’m okay, it was just one of those days! Hello anonymous.
